"Decent spot, but the menu feels a little mysterious"
Freddy’s is okay when I’m going with other people, and I’ve had decent experiences there, but if you’ve got dietary restrictions it starts to feel like you’re decoding some kind of secret menu document. They do have info online, which is helpful, but I still find myself double-checking everything like there’s a hidden ingredient conspiracy waiting to ruin my day.

I really wish they had more obvious gluten-free or dairy-free options instead of making people piece it together from clues. The staff was nice, so no complaints there, but they didn’t always seem totally sure either, which only made me feel like the truth was buried somewhere behind the counter.

"Really solid takeout setup"
Picked up my order to go it just felt really well handled. Everything was still hot, nothing got messy or weird, and it all held up way better than I expected. The packaging was kind of impressive in that quiet way where you just really appreciate it

I have food allergies, so I always look up the menu before I order. Freddy’s made that part really simple. The allergen info was easy to find and clear, so I didn’t have to dig around or guess what was safe. Because I could compare items quickly, I felt a lot more comfortable ordering. I wish more places made it this easy

"Good food, but it threw off my plans"
The order was mostly right, but they forgot one of my sides and gave me the wrong drink. The food itself was still good, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster, but it was annoying to get all the way home and realize stuff was missing. I had planned to just relax and eat, and instead I was irritated and trying to figure out if it was worth going back. Not the worst experience, but they definitely need to be more careful.

"Coupons can be a little hit or miss"
Freddys.com is easy enough to use, but the coupons weren’t always there when I looked (which was kind of annoying). I did manage to get a deal once, so that was nice, but a few other times nothing I tried actually worked.

"Ordering online was actually really easy"
I used freddys.com last night to place an order, and it was way smoother than I expected. The menu came up fast, I wasn’t sitting there waiting for pages to load, and changing the stuff on my burger was simple enough that I didn’t have to poke around forever trying to figure it out.
The checkout part was painless too, which I always appreciate because that’s usually where these things get annoying. I liked that it showed me the pickup time before I paid, so I had a clear idea of when to head over instead of just guessing.

When I got there, the food was ready, the order was correct, and that was basically it. Nothing dramatic, nothing complicated, it just worked the way you hope online ordering will work

"Good Food, But the Dining Area Needed Attention"
The food was fine and the staff seemed nice, so I don’t want to be too harsh. But i felt a little embarrassed sitting at a table that still had crumbs on it, especially when the floor near the drink station was kind of sticky too. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as clean as I expected. I’d still go back, but I really hope they stay on top of cleaning the dining area a bit more

"Good food, slow service"
Food was good like it usually is, but the service was way slower than I expected. It wasn’t even that busy, so I don’t know if they were short-staffed or if whoever runs this just didn’t have things organized. The staff were nice enough, but I definitely wish the order had come out faster

"I stopped by Freddy’s for dinner and..."
I stopped by Freddy’s for dinner and really liked the overall feel of the place. It was clean, not super loud, and the booths were comfortable enough that we could sit for a bit without feeling cramped.
The staff was moving fast, so I did feel a little pressured to order quickly, but they were still friendly about it. The whole place had that simple old-school diner vibe, nothing fancy, just a nice spot to eat with family and take a breather.

"Really solid steakburger!"
I tried the steakburger it was super tasty :) The edges had that nice crispy bite, the beef flavor actually came through, and it wasn’t soggy like burgers can be at some spots. I’d definitely order it again!

"Friendly but basic"
The staff were nice and greeted me when I walked in, and my order was taken quickly. No one was rude or anything, but the whole thing felt a little rushed and not super warm beyond the usual basics. It was fine, just not really the kind of experience that sticks with you

"Delivery could’ve been handled better"
The food itself tasted fine, so no real complaints there. But the bag showed up kind of crushed, and some of the fries had spilled out. I mean, it’s common sense to keep a food bag upright and not smash it. Not the worst delivery ever, just a little annoying.

"Not sure if it’s just me, but the app barely works"
I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if the app is just really buggy, but it keeps crashing on me. Half the time I can’t even get an order to go through, which is frustrating when I’m just trying to use it quickly.
